We didn't have much going on this Saturday, and it was way too hot to go outside. So I attempted my first ever souffle. I bought the fancy cheese, clipped the fresh herbs from the garden. A little chopping, grating and whisking and Voila! Here it is.
She was a thing of beauty.
Can't you almost taste it?
It was delicious, and received three out of four stars......
One little food critic was NOT impressed!
Just give me a bowl of pasta with sauce lady, and leave your fancy french cooking to yourself!

Does the young man have a career as a food critic? You should have him rate it based on taste, originality and presentation; just like the Iron Chef!
